Our philosophy is clearly stated in our motto. More than just a philosophy, it is our mission to provide and maintain these simple principles and it forms the backbone of our company.
QUALITY-
comes first in our motto because it is the reason that PC Fever was formed
in the first place. INTEGRITY - we mean what we say. Simply stated, if you're not happy, we're not happy. If a part is not up to standard then it has to be replaced. No problem. If you want, check our references…they are on this site for all to see and all can be verified directly. How often do you see that? FRIENDLY - was the only appropriate word to describe the style of interface between PC Fever and its clients. We laugh a lot here and we care about our work and our clients. It makes for a very comfortable environment, without the pressure or stress of a "supermarket". This means that you get to explain exactly what you want or need and we don't mind giving it to you! Because we like our work, we work better, and you get better service. Rod

Hill Back in the early 1990's computers were getting cheaper and faster and the demand for "Bells and Whistles" grew at a phenomenal rate. In a rush to exploit this demand, computer manufacturers and vendors expanded their stores and models. However, they could not keep the skill of their sales staff or their technical support teams up to this level of development, nor were they inclined to provide a comprehensive service. The result of this was the creation of computer "supermarkets" and a myriad of choices for you, the consumer. Unfortunately, many of you were given advice by unqualified, inexperienced sales staff and often made very large investments in the wrong type or standard of equipment. Sadly, this trend is just as evident today as it was back then. As there
was a constant stream of unhappy PC owners looking for assistance with
their computers, our founder, Rod Stern, created PC Fever to assist them.
Rod had been recovering from a serious illness and computers were his
passion and his hobby. He set himself up at home in Sydney and started
to take in the "odd job". Well, the jobs came thick and fast
and kept him so busy that it soon became obvious that this was no longer
a hobby. So quality,
or the general lack of it, was why PC Fever was formed. The provision
of quality hardware, service and support is our primary objective and
we are totally committed to continuing this philosophy.
